Random Numbers

I have a column of random numbers between 1,52 (randbetween(1,52), is there
a way to select maybe 3 cells/numbers from the random number and place them
in another column.

If I understand you correctly, and the column with random numbers is
column A, select B1 and enter =A1. Copy B1 down to B3.
