I have a colleague who created a document in Word 2007. He says that when he
saved and closed it, the page orientation was in Portrait just fine. However,
when he reopened, edited some text, and then tried to print, the print format
was Landscape and something that looks like booklet pages (2 pgs. per
landscape page). Neither he nor I know how to set up a document to print as
a booklet in 2007, so it was nothing he did deliberately. The kicker is, when
I click Page Layout>Orientation, Landscape is selected but the pages appear
to be in Portrait; selecting Portrait makes the document appear to be in
Landscape orientation. He is desperate because he has to print handouts for a
training class tomorrow. Any suggestions?
