Random Problem With OL-2003 Attaching Files When Sending Emails

J

Seem to be having a random problem sending attachments in Outlook 2003 on a
XP Pro System..

When I click & drag file over to email message,

Sometimes;

--> it attaches itself normally,

--> at other times it places the attachment within the body of the email

--> & other times it just gives me an error binary file @ the bottom of the
taskbar with no attachment being placed on email @ all? ..

Any suggestions would be welcomed

No idea on the last problem but the middle one indicates the message format
is RTF.

He means use the paperclip button to select the attachment. I'd be surprised
if it makes a difference.

On the last problem, is it inserting the attachment as text?
