Hi all,
I'm at my wit's end with this one. I know the probable cause, but short of
reformatting my hard drive, I'm unsure what else to try.
Here's what's happening. Punctuation marks (quotation marks, commas,
semicolons, etc) appear okay in Microsoft word...HOWEVER when I copy them
into any other format (email, message board, etc) they all turn into question
marks inside of squares.
The probable cause of this was a Word Pad document that I received the other
day, the I converted to a .doc file. Ever since that conversion, I've been
having this issue.
I've tried uninstalling Word, Office and even installed Office 2003 (I was
running XP previously).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please respond or email me at
(e-mail address removed).
THANKS!
