random selection without replacement

Excel 2002
column 1 has last name, column 2 has first name
How do I randomly select a last name and the first name
that goes with it from 200 rows, then repeat the
selection without duplication of any previously selected
names?

In column 3 put

=RAND()

copy down to row 200

select all 3 column and sort by the help column,
select how many names you are looking for, if you want 10 names
just select the 10 first rows and copy somewhere else..
