Hi All,
Please help, we are a business who uses a in-house
database, the database has started to experience random
slowdowns, I have troubleshooted and found that the
database runs fine from a local drive but has these
slowdowns when run from our Win 2000 server, this was a
sudden change, it has run for the previous 18 month's from
our server fine.
I have tracked the time it changed to our IT support
vendor updating a Savage3 video driver on the server,
however they say its just a coincedance. The slowdowns can
be chariterised by forms & reports tacking 30+ seconds to
open, it is very much as if there is a communication
slowdown but none of our other apps or Access databases
are affected, can anyone help with this, many thanks in
advance.
Regards
