Range Names Appearing Like "Watermarks"

We have an Excel file with some VBA that makes use of several named ranges.
On ONE of our conference room computers, the range name appears like a
"watermark" behind the corresponding area of the worksheet. Anybody familiar
with this/know how to turn it off? I presume it's something to do with View
or Headers/Footers, but I haven't yet found the make-it-go-away button.

Change the zoom factor to something greater than 39%.
