Range of values

How do I make a range of cells values from 100 to 500 with increments of 5,
i.e., 100+5...(100 105 110 115 120...500)

Type 100 and 105, then select these two cells and drag it down. It will fill in with increments of 5. Or
Type 100, select cells down, click Edit, Fill, Series. Fill Step value=5 and stop value=50

Enter 100 in cell A5. In cell A6, type =A5+5 and copy down
