Hi. I am having trouble with finding ranks from a
different worksheet. I have a separate page in my
gradebook that pulls up individual grades with a drop
down box and the Vlookup function. I am wondering if
there is a way to havew the rank come up next to the test
if I change the name in the drop down box. This is my
formula so far (that on't work):
=RANK(VLOOKUP("c6",'Master Sheet'f4:f25,6,"")
Granted I don't really know how to do this so please
excuse the glaring mistakes. The drop down box on the top
of my page if in cell "c6". I want to find out the rank
of the scores from the tests in cells f4 through f25 and
all of the tests are in column 6. Is there a way to do
this?
Also this is he ranking of one test. I have 40 tests over
the course of a school year. Is there a way to create
drop down box that will change the rankings each time I
click on a different test and have it all be on one
sheet? Sorry if this is confusing. Thanks for any help!
