raster font in visio

How to get visio to use raster font (like MS Sans Serif)? So small text look
perfect on screen (not a papper). Also to work with a sheet of pixels instead
of centimeters or inches.

Did you have a look at menu, tools, options, view ?
Visguy.com recently spent an article on pixels.
