RBS and Enterprise Global Template

We recently added the RBS to the Enterprise Global Template. Now each time
we access a project it is asking to change the various views, etc. on each
project which is very time consuming. Is there a better way to
populate/publish our changes to ALL projects?

If you make changes to the enterprise Project or Resource fields, your PM's
must ultimately open, recalculate (by pressing F9), and then save and
publish every project. Refer to the following FAQ for a macro to assist
with this process:

I think you are confused. RBS is a system field and so always exists
within the entrprise global, and changes to it will not impact any
views either in project or pwa. I suspect you have inadvertantly made
local views enterprise views and so when you open a project you get a
clash between the local view and the same-named enterprise view.
Action: close any plans you have open in project; open the enterprise
global and use tools|organiser option to remove any views and tables
you don't want to be enterprise. The remaining views/tables should be
named so that they will not conflict with local values (e.g. prefix
EPM).
