RBS - Embed/MasterSchedule - confidential rates

My security is based on RBS and all my subcontractors are in groups
set exclusively to “The Project Owner has the same RBS value as the
User”.

I would like to be able to embed one contactors schedule into another
and keep resource sheet information (rates) confidential. Is this
possible?

Hi Horton,

once a project manager can access MS Project and has access to the global
resource, he/she will be able to see the resource rates. The reason behind is
because the PM needs to manage the Project Cost too. If he/she doesnt know
the cost rate it will make it hard to manage the cost.

I understand your requirement and get this often with my customers. You can
hide the information from PWA users, but not from MS Project users. At least
not without custom dev,
