RBS integration with an existing application

We have an employee database in which we have some sort of RBS structure.

But we have been using Project's RBS. But now due to the number of changes
in RBS from time to time, there is a need to integrate thw two RBS. We want
that the RBS changes in our internal application automatically gets updated
in Project's RBS.

Just want to know if any one have done such thing or not. Need some quick
reference material & suggestions to start with.

You might consider posting this to the developer group. We're working on
similar integration; perhaps Ed will share some thoughts.
