RBS Modifications

We use the RBS for timesheet approval. We recently made changes to the RBS,
and also reflected those changes in the enterprise resource pool. But now
those that need to approve timesheets are not getting the timesheets to
approve. I need to correct this for the upcoming pay period. Any help would
be appreciated.

how do you use RBS for time sheet approval? is not based on the project
and its onwer (the project manager?)
