RBS Value Error

Does anybody know why a few users are getting the below error or how I can
fix the problem? I looked online and can't find any information regarding
the error.

The below error message occurs when they save in plan in project 2003:

The "RBS" value for "Jane Doe" cannot be copied to the resource pool.
The "RBS" field has a value list that restricts the field to only those
items in the list.
The value in the sharer file that does not match the list will be removed.

The users get the message when saving a plan as a .mpp using Project 2003
(non-enterprise setup). There is no enterprise resource pool therefore there
is no RBS setup. A few of the users have been using Project 2007 (enterprise
setup) but again, no RBS is yet setup. They save their plans down from the
Project 2007 server to the Project 2003 .mpp format so the changes are
represented in the 2003 resource pool while we transition to Project Server
2007, which will be a few months.

The 2003 .mpp plan is linked to a resource pool and is part of a master
plan. When I look at the RBS field on the resource sheet it is blank for all
resources.

I am posting this under the Project Server discussion group becuase I think
this is probably related to us also using Project 2007 configured for a
server/enterprise environment. Sorry if posting my question here is a
mistake.

Thank you!
