Re-activation of Office 2007

Hi

I'm one of those annoying people who like to regularly reformat their hard
drive and reinstall everytime onto a clean disk.

Is there a limit to how many times I can activate my Office 2007 product on
the same machine before the MS server tells me I have activated it too many
times?

Many thanks.

My impression is that people who do that take too many chances with screwing
up their computer. Maybe it's downloading anything/everything or mess with
the registry when they aren't real sure what will happen. Just my
impression..............

Actually, I can appreciate the advantages of a fresh start every once in a
while. It has a way of removing the cobwebs, and getting rid of the debris
that manages to make even the fastest computers start to crawl as time goes
by.

I don't know what the limit is, but there is one. When you hit the limit,
you'll need to call Microsoft to reactivate... unless you happen to be a
volume license customer, and if you were, you probably wouldn't be asking
the question. ;-)
