re-aligns text boxes

In Publisher, How can I insert a text box that will re-align or move down all
other text boxes below that text box I am inserting. Thanks in advance for
your help. - Michael

You could gather all of the existing text and image boxes with the mouse and
drag them down to make room for the new text or image box, then create the
new text or image box. After inserting the new box, gather all of the
original text and image boxes and drag them up.

Alternate method rather than dragging the boxes with the mouse, hold down
the Alt key and use the down arrow.
