re-appearing dismissed reminders

I have a users once they dismiss a reminder and it prompts again. He is
Outlook 2003 w/ SP2. It happens on all meetings, and I think it happens on
meetings regardless of whether he is the organizer or participant. Please
advise.

Try using the ".../CleanReminders" Command-Line Switch.

We tried the /cleanreminders command line and we tried recreate the OST file.
After we recreated the OST file the reminders stopped popping up but then
they returned. Any other recommendations?
