Check the design view of your query. You may be attempting to append to the
same field twice. This often happens when you are using "*" to select all
fields to append but then have another field that is just there to hold a
criteria entry; in this case, the filter field's "Append to" entry should be
blank (or, if you actually have two going to the same field, figure out which
one is wrong & remove it). The error message you get should already include
the field name after the "Duplicate Output Destination ____"
