Re-attach Sharepoint Workflow to different list/library

We have a Workflow (built using SP Designer) attached to a Document Library
using Word documents, but need to change to an Infopath form as the source
document. How can we reassign the attachment?

As far as I know, you cannot re-attach a SharePoint Designer workflow, but
will have to re-create it on the InfoPath form library.
