re configure "Outlook"

I had 'Outlook" as my default e-mail. Then I changed ISP
servers and the new one couldn't configure "outlook" so
changed me to "Outlook Express" How do I get back
to "outlook" which I prefer?
Old ISP was (e-mail address removed), New one is brutherford@
dc.rr.com.
How do I cxhange to my new ISP on net.passport?

You need to set up the new email account in OL.
You can do this via Import/Export in OL and import yr mail settings from OE,
or manually.
You will need SMTP and POP3 settings as well as yr password, the settings
can be got from the support page on
http://www.dc.rr.com/
Then in Internet options ensure OL is selected as default email client.
NB once done and working, OL, you can leave OE alone however if you open OE
any mail waiting on the server will be received in that! to prevent this
delete the OE email accounts or ensure they are set not to auto download.
