Re-deploying to another environment and webservices

Hello,

I have an infopath form which I'm going to re-deploy to another environment
from where it was developed. This form has quite a few webservice calls in
it, and they are all currently pointing to my development box.

Is there an easy way to change where all of my webservices point to, if the
services they are going to call are exactly the same just on a different
server?

Does localhost refer to the server which the forms are deployed on, or to the
user who opens the form's computer?
