Re Design Advice

I posted a request for advice on table design and
received a reply from "Henry" who kindly suggested I
should attach a copy of my db to him.
I realise no-one wants to post their email address for
fear of spammers but how can I take up the offer without
compromising the address. Replying to
(e-mail address removed) was rejected.

Post your email address in the body of a reply, in a form which an
intelligent human can turn into a valid email address. See mine below
for a possible example.
