I am using a computer that is running office 2003 student edtion and some
pieces of office 2000 (as the student editon I am using is missing access
2003).
In my case, I was updating office 2003 and office 2000 but during this
attempt to
update, the computer was accidently rebooted during the update process.
The second time I tried to update office 2003 and office 2000 the update
process ran for a long time (over 1 hour) with little progress. When I
cancelled the update
process, a screen appeared showing that the updates had successfully been
installed, but that was not true as I had said the second update process
basically locked up and would not finish at all (I believe that I got an html
error or something simular when the update process was being cancelled.
In any case, how do I get the updates re-installed or re-detected, as when I
go to the update office page, no updates are displayed. I did previously
install office 2003 service pack 2, before this problem occured.
