Re-download of Outlook 2007

I purchased Outlook 2007 with the optional license lock box in March of 2008.
I had a major system crash on my computer and lost Outlook. I need to
reinstall it but don't know where to go to download it. The transaction was
billed by Digital River, but they they sent me back to Microsoft. I have the
product key but I need to know where to go to download the program. I am at
a loss.
