Re-Downloading the software

I bought office pro 2003 from my university in 2006...something is wrong with
my computer and I am going to have to clean my entire hard drive and
redownload everything. The student versions only allow the software to be
downloaded to one computer because of the low price. Will I be able to
re-download the software onto my computer, or will I have to buy more
software?

This is 2008 and Office version 2007 is what is available now. If you
did not save a copy of the 2003 that you received, you will need to buy
the new version. ( I suggest you save a copy of the file and product key
this time)

If by download you mean install from cd, then you can reinstall it.
If online activation fails use phone activation & explain your windows o/s
had to be reinstalled

PS depending what went wrong with your PC its often there are other methods
to repair which doesn't require the nuclear option
