Re-downloading Ultimate

I purchased ultimate steal and loaded it my on computer. Later, my computer
crashed. Where do I go to reload it?

I also ordered a back up cd/dvd that never showed up. How do I track it down.

This happened to me too.

I purchased a product key three months ago but after my computer broke I
couldn't use it again.The Canadian branch said I had to buy it again. If I
knew this before, I would buy the software from the Microsoft Office with the
regular price. I lost my money within three months and the company didn't
want to compensate me by deducting that money I paid for the Ultimate Steel
if I would buy the software with the regular price. I'm so pissed. I feel
like the ultimate Steel is not really to consider students' needs . It is to
make more profits by pressing the user to pay more money for the same
service. If I'm wrong, how would this sound fair?

You didn't get or make a copy for reinstalling?!?!?!? You can't really
expect them to GIVE a copy to every one that comes along and CLAIMS they
"lost" the one they had? Please take a little responsibility for your
own oversight.

Thank you. Yes, I didn't make a copy but the instructions were not so clear
for people not used to this new system. After all, I'm the one who lost my
money. There was nothing to secure my purchase. Only later I found out that
paying $6 more would help a bit. At least I would receive a CD. You people
declined to allow me to pay $6 later. Instead, your solution was I should
pay at least $60 to buy a new key number. Probably the zero doesn't make a
lot of difference for you but it does for me. You were overly protected by
the agreement I made when I purchased the key number. I know you were smarter
than me, but you can't claim this is fair.
