I appreciate your time and effort. The conversion was done because IT
requested it. I inserted print codes in the Headers for, Envelope,
letterhead, and plain paper. It seems to be working. Thanks again.

And, my suggestion is that you go back and use the letter/envelope template
in its original .dot format. Converting .dot templates to .dotx is
completely unnecessary as .dot templates work just as well, and in your
case, maybe even better.
