Re-editing text in Tables w/in a protected form

Trying to re-edit text in tables within a protected form; however, when text is highlighted, it highlights all entries either to the right, or left depending on cursor position. So to delete/replace text, entire field must be re-entered. Help??

position. So to delete/replace text, entire field must be re-entered. Help??I'm afraid this is a problem with form fields in tables, and there's really no way around
it. You should be able to just press the DEL key, though, rather than retyping the entire
field. Or select the entire field, copy to an unprotected doc, edit, then copy/paste back.

The only other option (besides a fairly complicated macro) is to unprotect, edit, then
reprotect without resetting the form fields
