I have recently bought a new laptpo which as Windows xp
professional and I cannot locate Ecel files Should Excel
be included if so Where will I find it.

You may not have MSExcel installed. Do a "Find" on your
harddrive for "Excel.exe".

No it shouldn't be included. Excel comes either with MS Office or
as a standalone program. Many computer makers include office in
their high end offerings, for budget computers they usually throw in
MS works plus MS word or something like that..
