Re-gain license after un-installation?

I have used up all 3 licenses for the Home/Student 2007 in 3 PC/laptop for my
household. I am going to replace one PC with a new laptop. Can I uninstall
the program from one old pc and transfer the license to the new laptop?
Another words, I will only have 3 users after the transfer.

program you will have to activate it on the new computer by internet or
telephone.

The Activation function will give you the necessary instructions....
