Re Image Control

A newbie question regarding Image Controls. What is the
correct way to create an image control on a form which is
not linked to any picture ? When I use the Image Frame
control from the toolbox, the Insert Picture dialog is
brought up, which is not what I want, as I want an "empty"
Image frame.

What I have done, so far, is to insert some picture into
the frame via the Insert Picture dialog and then delete it
from its control's properties. That doesn't seem quite
right or.. ?

What you are doing is exactly how I create an empty image
control. Are you having some other problem with it.

Thanks for your reply. No, no other problems - just seemed
like a 'klutzy' way of doing it. Still, good to know I am
not such a Klutz as I thought. Now, if I only would get
jpgs to reliably display by loading them into my blank
image control..
