Re-importing folders to Outlook Express 6.0

I have searched and followed the procedures for re-importing .dbx folders
into Outlook Express 6.0, but it won't work.
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/295965) The "Applies to" section refers to
Outlook Express 5.0 only, so I'm not sure if it applies to 6.0.

Anyway, I can find the back-up folders on my hard drive and I rename the
Folders.dbx to Folders.old as the directions suggest. But when I re-open
Express none of the folders show up other than inbox/deleted/sent, etc.

I should add that I have 2 users on Outlook Express.

Is there another way to do this?

Well, the best would really be if you post your question in an Outlook
Express newsgroup, not Outlook, as people over there are more likely to
know about OE. One of several:
