re-instaling office 2000 small business

this is the situation: After my computer was infected with Nestky virus ( now is clean ) lost a lot of info I had, now I need to re-instal office 200 SM , but my computer do not take the 25 letter/numbers of my registration product. what should I do

Are you sure you aren't confusing zeros with the letter "O"?

I don't know, sorry. Hopefully, someone else does.

If the letters and numbers really match, it should work. Look carefully or
have someone read them while you look at the monitor. You did put everything
in CAPS, right?

The PID is not case sensitive - however, the most common error is mistaking
8 for B or vice versa.
