Re-install 2004

I just installed office 2008 and realize it doesn't work with endnote. Being a researcher, this is not acceptable and must go back to 2004. Do you think I need to uninstall 2008 first or can I just put 2004 back on (I deleted it stupidly when it asked me during the 2008 installation).

Absolutely not. You can install Office 2004 (or just Word 2004 in a
custom install) independently. You can also run Word04 and Word08 at the
same time if you'd like.

I have never done that before, so the last thing I want to do is screw everything up! Sounds like a good solution.
