Re-install MS Office from MS website?

A former employee stole another employee's CD for MS Office Prof 2003 but
left the case behind with the product key.

We now need to re-install Office on this employee's PC because VB is corrupt
and it's causing problems with our database. Is there a way to download the
software from the MS website instead of having to purchase the software
again? I have looked all over the MS website and can find nothing.

If you have another CD of Office 2003 Professional, you can just use that.
It's the Licence key that is important, not the CD.
