Re-Install Office 2003

I've recently purchased a laptop that is running on Vista. I have Office
2003 on my desktop & wanted to load the same on my laptop, but cannot locate
the disk. I tried the Office 2007 Trial (in the meantime) & don't like it at
all. Is it possible to download an older version of the Office Suite???

First, download and run Belarc Advisor or a similar program to retrieve the
Product Key for your copy of Office 2003.

Then see this Knowledge Base article on how to order a replacement CD for
Microsoft Office.

Thanks Earle...I'll check reordering. I don't think the product code thing
will work because I never had 2003 on the laptop & can't locate the disk.
Any idea as to an approximate price the replacement?

Err, Umm perhaps try running Belarc Advisor on the machine on which you have
Office 2003 installed to obtain the product key.

You run Belarc on your desktop to retrieve the 2003 key.
No, you cannot download (from internet) a legal older version of Office.
You may be able to source a legal version of Office 2003 from an on line
retailer who has old stock.
