re-install Office XP

I have a laptop with Office XP Developer instaled on it.
We are upgrading our laptops and I need to remove the
Office XP liscense from this laptop and install it on the
replacement. The old laptop will be used for a different
application and will not longer need Office installed. I
want to find out the steps I need to follow to avoid
problems with the activation routine
