Re-Install Outlook 2002 on a new Laptop

I registered my OEM Outlook 2002 which came with my HP
iPAQ PDA on my old laptop. I just bought a new laptop and
would like to install Outlook 2002 on it so I can sync my
PDA with my laptop.
It won't let me do it.
How can I transfer my license to the new laptop?

You will need to call Microsoft at the number that should appear during the activation sequence and explain that you've changed hardware and want to activate Outlook on the new machine.
