re-install

I had installed Teacher/Student Edition of Word, etc.
into my computer when I first bought it. Not too long
ago my computer was found to have a defect and the whole
hard drive (?) had to be replaced. Therefore, Word has
to be re-installed. I have tried to do so but it won't
let me because it is already registered under "another
user" which is me. :) Is there a number I can call to re-
activate my Word, Excel, Outlook, & Powerpoint? I still
have the original packing which includes the ID number,
etc. It just won't accept it... frustrating... :)
Thanks for all your help.

Jessica - there should be a number provided on the activation screen.

The number is also going to depend on which country you are in.

So you didn't see the 'activate by telephone' option on the initial
activation screen?! You can't miss it - it's just under the one marked
'activate via the Internet'.
