re-installation question

I installed Office 2003 on my new Dell inspiron laptop and
registered it via the internet. Then started experiencing
an annoying clicking in my laptop's harddrive and Dell is
sending me a replacement. What do I need to do to get
Office 2003 installed on the replacement drive? I have a
Dell case number for proof if needed.
