re-installing and upgrading office professional

I have Office Professional ( i think version 4.3) (on
disks) that was on my PC before I had to wipe everything
out because of problems. I upgraded to windows XP --now
I want my Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc
again.
Can I run my old office on my windows XP?
