Re-installing Excel in Office v.X

Office v.X
OSX 10.3.5

Due to problems posted in my earlier message regarding changing the
highlight color, a re-install of Excel may be required. Does anyone know
how to do a restore or reinstall Excel without doing all of Office?

Any help would be great.

It's probably just as easy, and probably more effective, to replace
Office, since XL depends on Office components as well as the Excel
application.

Before you reinstall, however, rename your
~:Libraryreferences:Microsoft folder (if you want to be able to
restore Word/PPT preferences), then run the Remove Office application
from the Value Pack folder on your installation CD.
