re-installing microsoft office 2000.

I contracted a trojan horse somehow, which would divert
from my home page, and send me to another start page which
would cause me to be inundated with pop-ups.
To get rid of this I had to remove ie from my computer and
re-install it. The problem is that before I reached that
conclusion I removed microsoft outlook. Now when I try to
setup office again I get the following error:
An OLE registration error occurred.
The program is not currently installed.
Run setup again for the program.
When I hit OK I am kicked out of outlook.
Multiple attempts to setup give the same error message.
