Re-installing Office after re-installing Windows

My laptop is acting up and it seems I may have to reinstall Windows (XP
Home). Now I had Office 2003 Professional installed on my laptop while I was
a student in University and this was some kind of bulk licensing deal that
the University had. Now, I have graduated and am no longer a student and do
not have access to the University software download system. Is there some
way in which I can 'transfer' my Office 2003 system to a fresh hard disk
(i.e. where the hard disk has been formatted and Win XP reinstalled)?

I can still start my laptop (but just barely) and it is excruciatingly slow.

Any ideas?

No, not really. I would also question that you are eligible to keep the
license now that you are no longer a student of that University, but I don't
know the terms of the license agreement you were under.
