Re-installing Office XP for S & T

Have re-installed Office Xp From CD pack. Xcel and
Powerpoint are not available.
When I obtain the Id through Word I find an OEM Id number.
This is not correct since I purchased the CD package.
Am running Windows 98 Upgrade.
Help
