Re-installing Office Xp

I had Microsft Office Xp for teachers and students on my
computer. I just had to clear my hard drive because of a
virus attack. Now I must re-install Office Xp. However I
get this Error message when I try to regiseter it:
"The product is already registered on another computer.
If you feel this message is in error, try registering
again." I do not know what to do. I was hoping someone
could help me out before I make long distance calls to
the support techs. Thanks so much for taking time to read
this.

Adam,

Please call the activation number provided in the activation wizard. The
phone number should not be a long distance number in the U.S. I am not sure
about other countries.

Hope this helps.

Just call the tech number they provide. They will ask
why you are reinstalling it and then provice you with a
new number. That is all there is to it.
