Re-installing the MS Office Shortcut bar after re-installing Windows

I've had to re-install Windows XP - an action which has resulted in the
removal of the MS Office Shortcut bar.
How can I get it back without re-installing MS Office?
I keep on getting an error message about DATA1.msi when I do.
