Re-installing to new hard drive

I purchased OneNote earlier in 2004. Now I had to
replace a crashed hard drive. This means re-intalling
software. However, I think I directly downloaded OneNote
from Microsoft and do not have CD. So I cannot find my
product ID. I try to contact Microsoft to ask about this
but they will not take mail without the product ID so I
am stuck.

Is there a way to find out from Microsoft if they show my
original product ID so that I can enter it in a trial
version which I have downloaded to use for now?
