Re-installing Word 2003

I've managed to mangle some Word settings and templates,
and would like to re-install Word for Office 2003. It
appears, however, that I can only install if I
simultaneously remove the other apps, including Outlook,
which I'd prefer not to do.

Is it possible to re-install only Word, while leaving the
reamining Office apps in place?
